Good point I just read on the yahoo msg board for this stock regarding the OS post 1/100 rs....

"..158 million shares outstanding divided by 100 equals 1,580,000 shares...not a lot of room for mutual funds interested in buying..." (post by Joethius)

Though no funds or institutions would buy an audited pink sheet anyway, if there were shares to buy

Wait ...but the (blind) faithful argue there aren't any liquidity issues
