"...Virtra will never, ever reach their price potential and hold it for an extended period of time without instititional price support. (I am sure that statement will get people riled up, but hey thats a fact). Let managment do what they have to to get institutions involved. So we take a short term hit, just dont sell down here."

Yep institutions will rush in to buy an unaudited delisted company with one or two directors....how long exactly is your time frame for ownership? meeting the listing requirements will not happen over night...meanwhile margin costs to short a $8 stock are a lot less expensive than those for a 08 cent stock

I don't disagree with what you wrote about institutions, I just believe that before rushing into a r/s (or even announcing one) when they already have sales in the pipeline, they should get their audit and other listing requirement ducks in a row, plus not put forward proxy items that contradict those purported listing aims, therefore when they actually do a r/s to reduce the OS and meet the pricing requirements for listing, they will be closer to meeting all of those listing requirements ...which will then make the stock more attractive to institutional buyers

right now, the sequence of actions they put forth with all the vague language of events happening or not happening in the future is very specious
