In other words, Ferris could release .10 a share in earnings and other than the first bump, it would fall back down.

You're right, all stocks on the pinks trade at 7 cents and never higher.

If you look at the 3 year chart for VTSI you'll see it's moved quite a bit. 1/2 a cent to 9.5 cents before this R/S stuff is a nice move and I think it was about to go up more.
