FBCD just put out a PR. There's an explanation of what happened last week, but it still leaves quite a bit up in the air:

The company also wants to recomment on the recent actions of an unscrupulous individual or individuals. When companies file documents with the SEC they must file through the EDGAR system. Some company's choose to outsource the EDGAR service while many others like our company's counsel have in-house filers. In order to change the company update/info tab an individual must have three pieces of information: they must have the CIK code, the CCC code and the password. Only a person or entity with all three pieces of information can make changes or file documents in the edgarized version. About three months ago our company counsel would outsource the filings, we made a change when we changed counsel. We have spoken to EDGAR and the SEC and will have the IP Address traced, as we know what time and what date the individual committed this act. When we have confirmed the information we will file suit and proceed with all measures of the law against the guilty party(s). Additionally there is some confusion on 8k filings, there was a clerical error, and the wrong document was filed, the company will amend the mistakes, as we have no business deals or dealings with two of the companies mentioned in one of the documents. It was a human error, and fortunately we can rectify.
