Some people are terrible speakers even with

a teleprompter (Joe Biden, Ron Paul, etc.).

Obama is one of the best speakers when

using a teleprompter; however, I find him

jerky and imprecise without one. Maybe this

is why he has sooooooo few press conferences.

Sorry, but you and I probably disagree on

Obama's Presidency; I think he lied regularly

while trying to get ObamaCare passed; he

often talked about "his health-care plan" as if

it was a written document ... meanwhile it was

being cobbled together on the fly by Congress.
