Andy , he doesn't need 15M. 3-5M will give him the controlling interest in the company(51%). That's the no-brainer part. A consortium will get the stock on his behalf (no insider trading). A little more creative thinking on his part (which he might, I REPEAT MIGHT) will figure out how to get the deal done for virtually -0- out of pocket to him.. Unfortunatly,We live in a very slick, shifty, greedy time where very smart people have learned to game the system.. Look the most powerful country the world has ever seen was almost brought down without firing one bullet. Sounds like I don't trust anymore?? If it ain't my wife, my son, my dog, where money is involved I don't trust anymore!!! I know I have to depend on others to protect my assets, but I spend an inordinate amount of time protecting myself.. Really wish I didn't, but it is what it is..
