I've gone back and forth on how I'm going to vote but I'm pretty sure now I'm voting no. I think a no vote would force audited financials if they're not already pursuing them.

Announce audited financials are on the way with ultimate plans to uplist to Nasdaq and we could see 20 cents. And then a smaller r/s would suffice.
