Volume and OS are related, simply because with a higher OS the float is larger and there are more shares to trade. Moreover an 8 cent share price on the pinks for an unaudited company will generate more speculation (ie volume) than an unaudited $8 pps due to the nature of the investor who invests in pink sheeted companies. AN 8 cent stop has more upside since a 8 to 24 cent move provides a greater percentage gain opportunity. Volume will go down post r/s, not be relatively the same.
