I wrote the answer provided for Don by Ferris during the CC was inadequate, and that if Don actually invested in the company that he directed, then such an investment by the company's director would be looked upon favorably by the markets and probably help the current PPS pre-split. Furthermore such insider buying would be an easy way for management to demonstrate to current shareholders that they are doing what they can to maintain current shareholder value and try to get the PPS up now so that any future r/s will not have to be at as high a ratio as the one being proposed.
