They said in the CC that all stock-based compensation would be reduced by the same 100:1 ratio.

How could a company like Virtra pay enough/afford to have three independent board members? Everybody was disappointed in the margins in 4Q, but they'd be even worse if we had to bring in three new people to be on the board.

Some of you worried about them taking it private and management having too much stake in the company are also worried that Ferris and Andrus haven't invested more of their own money in the company (Ferris has roughly 4% of the O/S). Those are two counteracting arguments. If Ferris already owned 40% of the shares, it would be much easier for him to take it private. It appears Andrus has little to no interest in taking it private since he barely holds any shares. I don't think that should be a concern.
