Capital Growth Systems, Inc.(fka CGSYQ)

Seen some interest here recently.

Hard to figure out why. I don't see any reason to get excited about these shares.

"As we work towards the structure of the wind down of the estate, more information will become available regarding the status of the CGSY shares moving forward. "

I don't know how much more clear they can make it.

1. The company is going private.

2. The new company has acquired substantially all the assets of Global (and Capital).

3. They are winding down the estate.

I guess if a guy had some discretionary money he didn't care about, and a long time to see what happened, it could perhaps generate a return, but there are a lot better ways to make or lose money than here, the way I see it.

Not said to dis anybody's investment, a friend just asked me to look into it. I hope everybody here makes out great.
