I would put little weight in what a company rep says when they speak of the greater business model and its ongoings. The reps that answer the phones are not involved in meetings, conference calls, or strategy meetings. Therefore, they would not have the real story and finer details necessary to provide an accurate depiction of what the 2 companies have as agreements or future plans thereof.
