No I stated nothing of the like.
There are many steps needed to be taken. Read the DTCC Rules.
JB hasn't done any of them.

That's not believable, as per JB's legal advise.
He would advise more like 1000 to 1 needed. IMO

But as you stated and he stated the RS will not be good and will not happen.
