Actually 4 business days would be Monday not Friday "This is why I am confident some news is coming by Friday." I would think a stock repurchase for $500,000 would be a material event. I am not sure if an extension would be an event requiring a 8K disclosure. I do agree it would be in the company's best interest to update shareholders about the Helios project at this point.
