If no news comes I am left to believe an extention was given.
I don't understand that reasoning, myself.
First, it would be negligent on the company's part to leave it an open question, since they announced the terms and conditions.
Second, it leaves the subject open to thinking they just don't want to acknowledge that the deal is dead.
That's actually the typical way pinksheet companies deal with failure. They ignore it.
