that is an amzing claim they make. Sort of reminds me of the old 'cold fusion' days. I'm no physicist, but to seperate water and rejoin the elements and result in net positive energy? Sounds far too good to be true. I think the Saudi's would have given them a billion dollars for the idea if it were the truth,lol. I'll be the first in line to buy one if they ever hit the retail market though.
