"smell out a plan to take this company private". Unfortunately for us that makes perfect sense for the magnitude of this R/S..He know that the PPS will crash, the market cap will be substantially reduced, it will be much, much cheaper to him to dump all the shareholders at a reduced cost and go private. Hope you are wrong, but does seem like the only logical explanation..
