IW because with state of QASP even if they win a suit recovering anything to pay the lawyer bill not likely. It be years in court, expensive and for what outcome? QASP has no money to even bother. Lawyers would see and know that. Now suing Dean and prior mgmt for fraud sure if lawyer feels they could fine the money. I think after merger Owens will do what he said. He will have his lawyers pursue any monies Dean and others have that should belong to QASP. He did not seem to confident there be much. That Dean blew that money seemed to be what he thought. Yet he still said the lawyers go after what can be found.
