Thanks, Mathias, but 'insiders' knowing EXACTLY when a reverse split will occur over 'other' investors certainly gives the insiders an unfair advantage as far as dumping of shares is concerned. Could that not be interpreted as a violation of the insider trading laws? By the time we 'other' investors become aware of a r/s the price per share will have already dropped to its old price due to the insiders ALREADY having dumped theirs.
