For the last full day of winter, we're going to see scattered showers with a chance for some thunderstorms. If you have plans to head to the mountain for sprin break you'll find plenty of snow with up to four inches by this afternoon.

Don't forget, Saturday is the Super Moon. It's a full moon in it's closest orbit of earth since 1983. Don't don't expect spectacular viewing but even a glimpse will prove interesting. The moon will be 14% closer than during it's normal orbit. When it's low on the horizon it will appear 30% brighter. In Portland it rises at 7:57 Saturday night.

6. You are driving off-road in a truck on a clear winter night. Before you know it, you realize you’re driving on top of a frozen canal. Suddenly the ice cracks beneath your wheels. Your truck dives into the canal and begins to quickly submerge nose-first, filling your car with freezing water. WHAT IS YOUR IMMEDIATE COURSE OF ACTION?

A) Make sure all the windows and doors are locked so no more water gets in while it sinks to the bottom and call for help on your cell phone.

B) Hold your breath until the car is full of water and then when the pressure is equal on the outside and inside, open the door and swim up.

C) Roll down the windows as soon as you begin to sink, and escape out into the water.
