G'm, Lizard friends. Here's todays W & T in a cold, wet day here...
Current Lizards weather...Dave: 38*, cloudy, 40% chance of rain...EZ2: 31*, mostly cloudy, 20% chance of rain...FATS: 29*, partly cloud, areas of fog...Joe: 54*, patchy low clouds, fog...Lacy: 31*, mostly sunny, unseasonable warm...Larry: 43*, partly sunny...Ron: 38*...

Valley showers, thunderstorms and mountain snow are all back in the forecast today. A strong, westerly flow will continue to transport colder upper-level air and showers into the Pacific Northwest. However, areas south of Salem will see much of the steady rain this morning. Thunderstorms are likely to pop up again in the afternoon... but not as organized as yesterday.
Tonight, showers will taper off around the metro region. Tomorrow morning starts out dry on St. Patrick's Day....but turns wet by evening. Friday looks wet at times... into Saturday as another weak system enters the area.
The first day of spring (Sunday) is looking drier. However, Oregon spring breakers will likely see more showers next week.

3. You are driving down a busy city street on a summer day when lightning streaks across the sky. Large clouds roll in and fat raindrops start to hit the windshield. Then you see hail landing on the road ahead and then hitting your windshield. WHAT IS YOUR IMMEDIATE COURSE OF ACTION?
A) Angle your vehicle so that the hail hits your windshield.
B) Slow your speed to lessen the impact of the hail.
C) Find a shelter for your car, such as a gas station canopy.
My add, when under shelter, crack open a can of roady beer from the 6 pak you always have in a cooler, on a HOT Summers day.
But be carefull just to drink just one 6 pak and no this many, as this Texas dude did!
