To be fair, there's obviously a certain inertia with being public. People aren't just going to walk away for no reason, especially if things are working out in terms of credibility, and they've been able to raise money at fair prices when they needed it.
But with the borderline cases, I think absolutely, it's a huge risk. And I would include CCME in that bunch. If there are problems, I see no reason for them to stick around at this point, or to do anything more than the minimal "go through the motions" routine. What do they gain?
