Hello Amstemers. Just checking back in to say hello. In a recent conversation I had with Hawk, it was passed along to me that some folks think I may be Tom Fox posting under BUCKYBOY. I assure you I am not part of Hawk. I live in Nevada (Carson Valley), which is about as polar opposite of the Florida Keys as you can get.
The Amstem team continues to address challenges that I don't think anyone saw coming. I have no inside information (I don't want any as that is illegal, but I do continue to ask probing questions), and have had the same conversations with Hawk as many of you have had. Just the fact that Dwight and Hawk continue to support this merger is a testament to their character and their desire to support current shareholders. Many businessmen would have walked away by now (and we all would have surely lost all of our investment), yet these guys (Dwight/Hawk) keep grinding away, knowing that the tremendous opportunity still exists.
IMO this deal will eventually be successful. It is quite obviously taking much longer to come to fruition than anyone expected.
I suggest all shareholders continue to keep an open dialogue with Hawk as they have been doing a tremendous job throughout a very complicated situation.
