Hi Rainbow898! I have no news but the CFO mention that they will release a PR as soon as they have close to the Merger. He told me that excpected to be in the 2Q.

I think the float is locked, the PPS moves in air and the cart is at his bottom now.

I try to send an email to SDGL again asking for an update of current events.

Has anyone on this board try to contact the company?
