The timing of Vitty’s post regarding the conversation with the CFO may be indicative to the company’s anticipation of a default of the GLMB agreement to provide cash for the rights to VoIP technologies held by SDGL.

VyseTECH Asia Sdn Bhd was a subsidiary of SDGL that was supposed to be sold off into a new company, via an asset sale between TREVENEX RESOURCES (OTCBB: TRVX) and SDGL.

This asset sale was supposed to form the new Global Media Tech Inc. (OTCBB: GLMB)

Effective March 14, 2011, Global MobileTech, Inc. (“GMT”) and VyseTECH Asia Sdn Bhd (“VTA”) have mutually agreed to cancel the Marketing, Distribution and License Agreement without consideration or recourse by either party.

On September 14, 2010, Global MobileTech requested an extension for payment of the license fee to March 15, 2011 to enable GMT to focus on its efforts in developing the mobile advertising business in Asia and to allow GMT to have more time to select a suitable partner to implement the mobile VoIP communications and mobile advertising business in North America. VTA agreed to extend the deadline to pay the one time license fee of $500,000 to March 15, 2011.

Following the cancellation of the Marketing, Distribution and License Agreement, GMT will not be pursuing the mobile VoIP communications and mobile advertising business in North America. GMT will direct its efforts in the renewable energy business vis-à-vis the production of torrefied wood in the United States.

If the postponement of filings was due to the company’s anticipation of default on this agreement, there is a chance that the company has current information ready to be filed with the SEC to get current and off the greysheets.

If not, this will become f.k.a. SDGL and we all take a total loss.

The trades may have been between MMs for the approx 600,000 shares on each day....or it could have been a seller. If it was just trades beween the MMs, the question is why? To show some volume and wake this up>? Perhaps none of the above.

Hi Rainbow898! I have no news but the CFO mention that they will release a PR as soon as they have close to the Merger. He told me that excpected to be in the 2Q.

I think the float is locked, the PPS moves in air and the cart is at his bottom now.

I try to send an email to SDGL again asking for an update of current events.

Take a look at Chee Hong Leong on BOD for GLMB. He supposedly
resigned 11/2005 from SDGL and went to work for a multi-national
company and then to GLMB.

If you look back to Vitty's conversation with Chee Hong Leong
you'll see that Mr. Chee Hong was representing SDGL just about one month ago.

Looks very fishy, IMO GLMB took SDGL's business and customers without paying any compensation to SDGL.

Wonder if SEC has any idea? We need SDGL to clear up these
discrepancies for their stockholders.

Several days ago when sdgl did over 2 million shares, there were over 650000 sold short. Today, does it appear that the MM dropped the price hard on 100 shares initially to spark selling to COVER those shorts????? Any ideas?

We've been at .005 on very little volume for about a week. Why didn't we move higher on today's volume is my question. Someone must have squeezed off some shares is my opinion. I hope that's a sign the company is starting to "engage"!

Another view of the float on SDGL: Some have the opinion that the float is under 30 million which is very little in dollar value. They believe that 60 million is too high because one western USA group may have held 30 million at one time and another 6 to 10 investors may hold another 20 million plus. Very hard to know what the true float is but in my opinion it is interestingly small and there are few shares for sale in spite of the news blackout. There is very little dilution and little, if any, reported insider selling. Does this spell opportunity? Only the shadow knows....do your own DD...some feel there is not much to loose and it may be worth the risk at these prices.
