Applicant Arguments/Remarks Made in an Amendment filed 2/15/2011 for “Synthesis of Uniform Nanoparticle Shapes with High Selectivity Patent” the Rice technology licensed to QTMM.
This response was forwarded to examiner for review on 2-17-2011 according to uspto.gov transaction history record.

Will be anxiously awaiting examiners response as QTMM’s /Dr. Michael Wongs apparent QD competitive advantages appear particularly valuable as the QD manufacturing industry appears poised for exponential growth as DD posted here has frequently detailed. So many potential QTMM customers needing QD’s!!!!!
Guess that’s why Rice hired one of the best Intellectual Property Attorneys available!!!!
