You say it's "very long term". Well, you have no choice but to hold "long term" because you won't make any money otherwise here. And long term holders may never make any money here. If the stock was on a growth pattern then people wouldn't say "very long term". There would be no need to tell people...oh, maybe you will make some money if you hold the stock for 10 years, and by that time maybe the CEO can get his act together.
Let's face it. It's a losing stock. A losing company and losing CEO. Nobody in their right mind would buy this stock prior to the Reverse Split and further dilution.
All those holding stock through the reverse split will be losing money.
