The only thing that stopped a 19 note was Matt's,
"only kidding about the 500, I ment 100" r/s pr dung.

this PPS still represents indecision in investors

exactly, nobody wants to touch this til after the r/s dump & this posts at least one positive Q.

A continuance tom. & Sun will get another buy @ 21 but, I'd wait for 19-18, just like the hover @ 39-42.

The scary part is, we wander in the low 20-high 10's til April 21,
r/s gets passed,
we dump 50+%= triple 0's,
(well, the pps will say .20 then but, we'll know).

Many here, (I included), have got too much in the pot to fold now & will call the bet to see the next card.
