TY for the contact info for the head of the DTC. I just wrote an email to him explaining what is happening to myself with SMPP. Etrade blames it on the DTC, when my Etrade guy calls the DTC, he says the DTC people blame it on the company. The company won't reply to my emails, no brokerages will take my transfer, whole thing is criminal by all parties involved if you ask me, no such thing as transparency. Can't get anything in writing formally from the company or the DTC explaining specifically what has happened here.

Anyway, thanks again for the info, doubt this guy will answer me back, but you never know.
