The real problem with CMKX is that none of the stockholders know anything about CMKX's assets or financials. What many call DD is really nothing but rumors and speculation. I haven't read a single post that contains any real DD on CMKX and that is because no one other than UC and maybe a few other insiders actually know anything for a fact. Since UC can't come up the the documents necessary for an auditor to complete a filing, I have serious doubts whether even UC knows what the actual situation is in detail.
