So now it is thought that there are more shares out there than the A/S of 450 or 500 million? I guess the share count could be as high as 700 million including these 'unregistered' (or even higher)? That's where the theories never made sense. DOS was always talking about these 'air shares' as if they were included in the A/S...but of course Parkin or whoever would have had every legal right to issue all the shares in the authorized. No need to go around anybody. If they were shares above the A/S then it is possible. Of course as you say, a lawsuit would be pointless...and as 'Aurus' doesn't actually represent any assets in Russia...even moreso.
