It's become obvious it wasn't cold hard cash, they would have used it to help pay the SEC. 800k would have gone a long way paying the fine.

The "consideration" was booked on 3/16/05 but the fine wasn't paid until 4/12/05, after another 25 million shares were sold at a discount.

Gawd I'm slow!
