Catani, you and I have had our differences in the past but I can't agree with you more in this case. I blame no one but myself for the losses I took with GFCI and I do not expect the government or anyone else to compensate me for my actions....
HOWEVER.....
I do expect the government, with the time, resources and money they have (that we so unwillingly pay) to make sure that scum like this never do what they did to us to others...it is a crying shame to exhonerate him for all he did based on one plea agreement to one crime. What is even more sad is that I bet the SEC and DA's see this as a victory.......pathetic.
