Total ties to DOM in RAMO. Remember GRYE, http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=10036 That shell was Goeree's work. They had some crap LasVegas strip club in the shell and never even got to a name change before it was toasted and passed to Pearl.
