RAMO - apparently Moore has not been Joanne C. Moore's last name for very long according to a source on the RAMO forum.

Her last name until recently was Nehmeh

Or it could be Nehmeh is still her last name and Moore is her maiden name from years back.

In any case she is a licensed attorney in California under the name

Joanne C Nehmeh

I thought attorneys were required to sign documents under their licensed name.

Either way and regardless of the name situation she is obviously connected to Mohamad Toufic Nehmeh especially since she uses the same address as Mohamad Toufic Nehmeh
