Looks like CNBC caught wind of that group using their name to promote stocks for pay and had their attorneys move on it and forced them to turn it over to CNBC. That would be why that one domain now defaults to GE, the (former) parent corporation of CNBC. That would also mean that CNBC/GE know who the people behind it are.
