Yes, that is the same Big Apple Consulting (BAC), which has left a swath of destruction for shareholders in its former client companies. The principals of BAC have many subsidiary and/or otherwise related entities to do their bidding.

Every former client of BAC is possibly suspect for having issued unregistered shares to BAC and/or its affiliated entities, which may have then improperly sold them on the open market.

BAC, its principals and others are currently being sued for multiple violations of securities laws for its actions in and PR support of the CKYS stock fraud:

IMO, the case could be expanded to include actions by BAC principals and affiliates with other public companies or new actions could be initiated.
