SMPP - Didn't you say that Big Apple Consulting had something to do with Cloud Centric Systems, Inc (CLDR) being listed on that same DTC order as Strategic Management & Opportunity Corp (SMPP)?

Maybe that is your connection and the reason why SMPP is under a Global Lock right there.
