But there is a key point to look at in all of this. By retiring the shares in the OS it brings more investors into the stock. Why? Because it gets the stock moving towards a more respectable and trust worthy price point.

If a stock continues to trade over a thin margin at the bottom it only creates frustration and ambiguity towards investment in this company.

The only reason I see this stock being diluted so bad in the first place was to prevent YAGI from a Hostile takeover ( unles it was written into the agreement this would not be allowed).

Another thing positive about share retirement and a price increase is that YAGI would be pushed into a equity to debt conversion at whatever their price point conversion is in their contract.

Now that being said, there also may well be a clause in their agreement stating that the CEO of Trey may not in a userious mischiveous manner, manipulate the share price which would cause YAGI to be forced out of the agreement. IE Does this mean early share retirement too?


If the market naturally moves the price of the stock up (without interference from insiders) then it is not injurious in any way shape or form, therefore not a breach of terms.
