i dont see any share retirement coming down the pike here. why use valuable cash to pay for less valuable stock? whether he owns 75% or 73% doesnt really mean much. 'd much raher see cash used for acquisitions or YA retirement than a stock buy back. IMO, buy-backs are so far down the list of priorities that its hardly worth discussing. Best scenario from my perspective is that he raises money, does a reverse, pays YA, does an acquisition, and we have 50 million shares outstanding trading at 50 cents. But hey, that's just me.........you guys may have your own take on this. I would fully support the play. If he continues to deliver and brings up to 50 million in revenue, there's not telling how high the stock would go. That's the play I'm looking for, and that's why I'm a shreholder here.
