That is nonsense. I know these men, and I am NOT questioning their CHARACTER, I am questioning their WISDOM and GRASP of their own responsibilities to us.
The very suggestion that they have no rights under this JV agreement to protect their own shareholders is absurd, I cannot imagine how anyone on these boards could continue to hold that outrageous view.
There is ZERO chance that the JVA has restricted their options to such a degree that they cannot put out periodic MEANINGFUL updates of the situation.
NONE, NADA, ZILCH.
No legal contract could EVER be written AND BINDING TO THEM that could force them to no longer obey the security laws of this Nation that require them to take care of their own fiduciary responsibilities to their EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS. If such a contract does exist, it is by its very nature, NON-BINDING because of its illegality.
NO ONE, I WILL SAY IT AGAIN, for the tenth time in the last two weeks, NO ONE is suggesting that they reveal any secrets about the JV.
But, if they can tell Mike and Kirk ON THE PHONE, or George, IN AN EMAIL that such and such is true, then they can put it in an OFFICIAL statement on their Web site for the whole world to see that it is true.
If the funds are still pending, TELL US.
If the funds are still being delayed for governmental reasons, TELL US. If not, TELL US.
If they are waiting for a phone call, TELL US.
If they are waiting for an announcement, TELL US.
If they are not worried, TELL US.
If they are encouraged, TELL US.
If they are excited, TELL US.
Don't let kirk and Mike be the only ones who hear it daily. TELL US, DAILY if need be. But TELL US.
