The frustration is heightened because our expectations of the timing are not based on any facts. The anger at JJ, LP, and GC is misplaced. They are just as frustrated as we are. They have a lot of money invested in the company and years of hard work to get the deal to where it is now. Plus, they have to take the arrows of all the ranting and raving about their supposed character.
I know each one of them well and am glad they are leading this deal to fruition. I don't know of any others who would hang in there like they have. Their character, although I personally know it to be stellar, is irrelevant. The NDA of the JVA controls the timing of this deal and, to a large extent, what can be communicated to the MDMN stockholders.
Like most others, I cannot understand why it is taking this much time but I have posted some plausible reasons - we are part of a bigger deal that is being put together.
Waiting is frustrating but I believe will be rewarding.
