DD Support Board and Research Team

Strategic Management & Opportunity Corp. (SMPP.PK) seems to need someone skilled in DD and fraud research to review their situation, which includes a DTC "global lock" issued on 2/3/11: http://www.dtcc.com/downloads/legal/imp_notices/2011/dtc/ope/B0119-11.pdf

I just don't have time to add another to my list, which currently includes MDGC, CLDR, MMUH, SSPT and GRBG. UNLA, AERS, XCEL, IJJP, TLVA, DGLV, CLDZ and others are also on my raidar but are not actively traded so I spend little time on them.

SMPP is atively traded and has few people posting true DD or looking into possible fraud that may have triggered the DTC global lock.
