I have seen nothing to indicate that the original financing is dead, except your suspicions. I do not agree that the original financing is dead. Time will reveal the truth to all of us. The point in this case, is that opinions vary. Some see KATX position as a positive and others see it as a negative. I just happen to see it as a positive.

It seems that the dividing line on KATX between investors attitudes is that some view the future in an "Expect the worst and we won't be disappointed." approach. Others view the future of KATX in an "Expect the best and settle for what we get." approach. I guess it pertains to each investor's own personal emotional make up and view of life.

My research told me that KATX is a real junior exploration company with honest and experienced management with a stable of potentially good properties. They obtained financing that we are not privy to and so far nothing has indicated that the financing company is dissatisfied with KATX except for "speculation" by posters who do not know the specifics of the fanancing agreement. It is a common situation on Pink Sheet stocks that are NOT reporting to the SEC that the details of such contracts are not revealed. The simple fact is that KATX obtained financing for $5,000,000. So far they appear to have used $2,000,000 of that financing. Beyond that is just speculation based on no facts.

If the financing company completes the delivery of the full monetary amount, and if KATX drills the very last hole that the financing money pays for and it uncovers a major amount of minerals that would make every one involved a lot of money, then it would be money well spent.

PARDON ME SIR, BUT I THINK YOUR GOLD HAS ARRIVED!
