The cell number you posted reverses to a cell phone in Santa Ana, there is a lawyer, Jesse Rodriguez in Santa Ana. They used him in the shell that was passed on to The DOM scammmer Pearlie and in AQUI, likely as well as in JECI which the SEC nipped in the bud. These guys were hijacking shells as well and got nailed on one, can't remember the ticker but it was something like ZIPP?
