They definately have the money to do so and have asked me to join them. I would like to hear further details from the executive officer not the CFO and have kept them calm for now but it wouldn't be wise for management to hang this out too long. Many of them owned a company symbol TVLS and helped the Feds reel that CEO in and he's in it deep now. It's never wise to be disloyal to those who have instilled trust and their families money in you. The female investor in the group says "off with their heads" women can be most vengefull.
Let's hope Ken comes up with some solutions to this problem. I think he's an honest player. If the company sells the assets and runs then management will be pursued individualy. If they take the BK option the Fed Trustee will lock down the assests if they are contested. It's in everyone's best interest to complete the filings and get on with business. Anything short of that will not be acceptable I can promise you that.
