I agree. There is a HUGE problem in pennyland along those lines. I love the quote by John A. White, a current economist and investment analyst: "Whenever executive interests supersede shareholder interests, the corporation suffers a fatal illness." If JUST iHub investors understood the entirety and ramifications of that quote, investment and the existence of many penny scams would dwindle.
