BOCX $1.50 (pinks) news this morning seems to me to justify a higher price IMO. ABT deal couldn't be much better for I don't think ABT with sales in the billions would waste there time with BOCX's Recaf unless they see strong potential. So far these two markets potentials for RECAF total over 1.3 billion.

Someone also mention an old deal they made with China group last year or two with nothing reported so far.
