There is nothing to tip off the comp with here... this program began in 04' with a PR splashdown by IBC/CorCell. It attracted the likes of politicians because the costs to patient were "free" in 04'. Who are the 4% that store private in America? Does the 4% account for those in medical need of the transplant and if so at what x%? Who paid in 04? IBC... right?

There is a cost component associated with everything. Is this program a reason why IBC took CorCell public? It looks it to me... but I don't know the numbers or reimbursement rates to CBAI at this moment after this project went public.

The patient who benefited was a child, a sibling or a parent. IBC pumped it that it paid. We now know why. It would've cost them $30k for the allogeneic sample from a donor bank that was created in 05'. Then we acquired CorCell in 07'. Who is paying?
