Thanks for you reply. I don't disagree with what you say. I should have done more research and not trusted the board. I did not understand that there are often paid pumpers on boards like this - Ma... for example provided "technical advice" and answered every question posed to him on this board. After awhile it felt like he really had the best interest of the investors in mind and that he had a tremendous understanding of the market. As the stock tanked, he disappeard almost immediately never to be heard from again. Through the whole thing there were a few people who rallied the warning - Rufusthe..., for example, but they were quickly dismissed by the board as fanatics.

My problem with the ASC and SEC is that there seems to be so few penalties for fraud - even when people are caught red handed. Maybe the can't police all the market, but when they catch someone they should get the financial death penalty.

And yes, I will suck it up and learn. But I had to get stung once more before it sunk in - with one of the biggest frauds ever - SAEI - a totally bogus company with false PR's and buyout offers, even made up consultants.

Now I'm skeptical of everything, especially posts on boards like this.
